Standard rate
Please note that a prepayment on the TRR of 30% of the amount of the arrangement is required to guarantee your reservation. Upon receipt of the prepayment, the reservation is fixed and you will receive confirmation of the reservation.
The balance of payment must be paid 10 days before the date of arrival.
Reservation cancellation conditions
The reservation is valid until 24:00, on the day of arrival. Reservations can be cancelled online no later than 0 days prior to arrival. In case the guest does not appear in the mobile home, 100.00% of the amount of the reservation will be charged. In case of cancellation 10-0 days prior to arrival, 100.00% of the amount of the arrangement will be charged. In case of cancellation 15-10 days prior to arrival, 30.00% of the amount of the arrangement will be charged.

Sign in/out
Please note that check-in is possible immediately after 15:00, on the day of arrival. We have until 10:00 to get out of the facility on the day of departure. Please note that untimely untimely please send out of your mobile home will be charged extra.
Children
Children aged 3 and over are treated as adults and are charged a full price. When booking, children older than these are obliged to add to adults.
Change or cancellation of the reservation
If you wish to change or cancel an existing reservation, you can do so in accordance with the Cancellation Terms.
We reserve the right to unsue or change the reservation if there is an abuse of the reservation system, or the error occurred due to the negligence of the user.
Covid-19 guarantee
Cancellation of the reservation due to government action and semi-local closure of the resort is free of charge. Cancellation of the reservation due to infection or suspected COVID-19 infection is free of charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival, regardless of the previously chosen cancellation policy.
Benefits
Rent a MerryBerry mobile home that lasts 5 days and more belongs to him 5% discount. Rent 10 days or more = 10% discount. Discounts on the duration of the reservation are not added up and are mutually exclusive.
First Minute reservation (up to 15.3) = additional 5% discount. The discount is added up with the previous potential benefits.

Complaints and disputes
We respect the applicable consumer protection legislation and do its utmost to fulfil our duty to ensure an effective complaint handling system.

The procedure for dealing with a complaint shall be confidential. We undertake to confirm within five working days that we have received the complaint, to inform the customer how long we will deal with it and to keep it informed at all times about the progress of the procedure.
We are aware that the essential feature of consumer disputes is the disproportionate nature between the economic value of the claim and the time required and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute, which is also the main obstacle for the consumer not to bring a dispute before a court. We are therefore doing our best to resolve any disputes amicable.
