We do not collect or process your data unless you allow us to do so or consent to it, i.e. when ordering products or services, e.g. participating in a prize game, etc., or where there is a legal basis for collecting personal data or the provider has a legitimate interest in processing.

We are not responsible for the correctness, completeness and up-to-dateness of the data entered by users.

  • ensure that you access and use your online account with the provider and the provider’s online store and, for technical reasons, administration on the provider’s website,
  • ensure that you can access the specific information available to you on the provider’s website and on your online account/profile provided by the provider,
  • sending commercial offers and other content by e-mail, SMS, ordinary mail or telephone calls, where there is no other basis for doing so and you have agreed to do so,
  • other purposes for which you specifically agree to cooperate with the provider.

From our website leads some links to other websites. The visitor must be aware, understood and accepted that these sites have their own privacy policies for which we are not responsible and are independent of our privacy policy.

Retention of personal data

We will only keep your personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which the personal data was collected and further supplied (e.g. to fulfill your orders, verify your payments and fulfil other obligations and/or obligations, to ensure that you can access the specific information available to you, etc.).

We will keep those personal data we process under the law for the period prescribed by law.

We will keep those personal data that we process for the performance of a contractual relationship with an individual for the period necessary for the performance of the contract and for 5 years after its termination, except in cases where there is a dispute between you and us regarding the contract; in such a case, we keep the data for 5 years after the finality of the judgment or arbitration or settlement or, in the event of a court dispute, 5 years from the date of the peaceful resolution of the dispute.

We will keep those personal data that we process on the basis of the personal consent of the individual permanently, until such consent is revoked by the individual or the requirement to terminate the processing. Such data shall be deleted before cancellation only when the purpose of the processing of personal data has already been achieved or if the law so provides. At the end of the retention period, the controller effectively and permanently anonymises the personal data so that it can no longer be linked to a particular individual.

Transmission of personal data

In most cases, we process your data for our own purposes as their controller. In this case, we provide your information to our processors for the provision of payments, transportation and other matters related to your order. For the purposes of reliable identification in the case of the exercise of rights relating to personal data, the controller may request additional data from the individual and may refuse to act only if it demonstrates that he/she cannot reliably identify the individual.

The controller shall respond to the request of the data subject without undue delay and no later than one month after receipt of the request.

If we do not decide your request within the legal time limit or reject your request, you have the option of lodging a complaint with the Information Commissioner.
